Cancellation Policy

By booking with the Photographer (“KRF Photography/Kyla Rae Fradette”), the client agrees to the following terms. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on the session date. No proofs or photos will be delivered until full payment has been received. If the Client cancels more than 24 hours before the session, the deposit may be transferred to a future date subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours result in the deposit being forfeited with no rescheduling. Rescheduling due to emergencies or weather will be accommodated when possible. Sessions begin at the agreed time. If the Client arrives late, the session time will be reduced accordingly. Number of "looks" may be reduced as a result of lateness. If the Client is more than 15 late, the session may be cancelled and considered a no-show with no deposit refund. Any requested changes to the booking, including location, session length, or number of participants, must be approved in advance and may result in additional fees for time, travel, or other adjustments. Only edited images are approved for public use. Proofs, RAW files, and unedited photographs are provided only for the selection process of the Client. Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is granted the right to use delivered and edited images for personal, portfolio, or promotional purposes. Images may not be altered, filtered, resold, or commercially licensed without written permission. Proofs and unedited files must remain private. The Photographer retains full copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Photographer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session. In the unlikely event of illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond control that prevent delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made. The Client is responsible for arriving on time, being prepared, and bringing appropriate clothing or props. Any permits, permissions, or location fees are the Client’s responsibility. Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. By proceeding with a booking, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
